West One Development

The West One Development features every type of accommodation from retail to residential. This is Sheffield's largest single residential development - 580 private apartments are included in the scheme creating a spectacular view. During the construction access was the problem to be solved here, as well as storage space, resolved with fixed scaffolding, scissor lift and mastclimbers. Some of the curtain walling mullions had steel inserts for additional support across the large spans, to help realise Carey Jones Architects unique design.
